Care Instructions
Gracie Jewellery uses only high quality materials, that with proper care will last a lifetime. We always recommend that jewellery be removed before exercise, swimming or showering. We also know that just doesn't happen. So we recommend wiping your jewellery with a soft cloth frequently to maintain its like-new condition. Be sure your jewellery is dry before storing in the micro-suede pouch that your jewellery was shipped in. Some gemstones require extra care, this will be noted in the description.

All jewellery is made to order. Current turnaround time is 3-5 business days. If you need your order in a hurry, contact us at studio@graciejewellery.com. We will do our best to accommodate.
We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Orders shipping throughout Canada enjoy free shipping with tracking.
Orders shipping throughout the United States enjoy a flat rate of $12.00 with tracking. All duties, taxes and tariffs are the reponsibility of the purchaser.

Return & Exchanges
Return & Exchanges
We are sure that you will fall in love with your new Gracie Jewellery, but if for some reason you feel like it is not the right fit for you, we are happy to issue an exchange or store credit. Please email us at studio@graciejewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We ask that you send the jewellery back with all the original packaging. Exchanges or store credit will not be issued for damaged, altered or worn items. We do not cover the cost of return shipping from you or to you.
Hand stamped items are non-returnable.
Due to Health Canada regulations, all earrings are non-returnable.
